Canon’s widest prime lens, the 14mm f2.8 L, is a beautiful specimen for ultra-wide landscape & interior photography. Color and contrast are excellent, like all of the Canon L primes. What's special about this lens vs. some of the other wide angle and fisheye lenses out there is that this is what's called a rectilinear corrected lens. This means that your photos will not have the typical fun-house mirror look like a fisheye. That's what makes this lens ideal for architecture and landscape photography.
